Appsgain Technologies provides software development, digital marketing, IT training and related technology services. The specific scope of services for any engagement is defined in the project proposal or service agreement signed between the parties.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Appsgain Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Upon full payment, client-specific deliverables (source code, designs) are transferred to the client as defined in the project agreement.

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and agreements. Standard terms require an advance payment before project commencement, with milestones payments as agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the engagement. We are happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) upon request.
Appsgain Technologies's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
